Renewal
Membership renews automatically each month on your original sign-up date. This ensures continuous access to your classes, legacy rate, priority scheduling and Haus Member Perks!
Pausing/Canceling
We know life happens — if you need to pause or cancel, simply contact us at least 5 days before your next billing date by email or text. We'll handle the rest. Cancellations made less than 5 days before renewal may process for one final month. Once canceled Founding member rates and perks cannot be reinstated. Should you choose to rejoin later, enrollment will be at the current studio rate.
Membership pausing will be on a case-by-case basis.

We kindly ask for 12 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling class
Late cancellation: $15 fee
No Show: $25 fee
Founding members receive one complimentary late-cancel/No Show forgiveness per month
